Ingredients

Scale

For the Croissants:

  • 4 large buttery croissants (store-bought or bakery fresh)

  • 4 slices deli turkey

  • 4 slices deli ham

  • 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

For the Butter Glaze (Optional but Delicious):

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Step 2: Prepare the Croissants

Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard or mayo on the inside of each half (if using).

Step 3: Assemble the Sandwiches

Layer one slice of turkey, one slice of ham, and one slice of cheese inside each croissant. Close gently.

Step 4: Add the Glaze

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, and poppy seeds.
Brush the tops of the croissants with the glaze for extra flavor and color.

Step 5: Bake

Place croissants on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden and crisp.

Step 6: Serve & Enjoy

Let cool slightly and serve warm. Pair with a simple salad, fruit, or chips for a quick and satisfying meal.

Notes

Use Quality Croissants – Buttery, flaky croissants make all the difference.
Customize the Fillings – Try bacon, roast chicken, spinach, or different cheeses.
Go Bold with Glaze – Add honey mustard or grated Parmesan to the butter mix.
Make Mini Versions – Use mini croissants for party-perfect finger food.
