Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled) or cold brew
  • ¼ cup milk or cream (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 2–3 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)

  • Ice cubes

  • Whipped cream (optional, but highly recommended)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, for a salted caramel twist)

Instructions

Step 1: Brew & Cool Your Coffee

Start with a strong cup of brewed coffee or use your favorite cold brew. Let it cool if it’s hot—you don’t want watery coffee from melted ice!

Step 2: Add the Caramel Goodness

In a tall glass, add the caramel sauce and a splash of the milk. Stir or froth until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Build Your Drink

Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the coffee, then add your milk mixture. Give it a gentle stir to blend everything together.

Step 4: Top It Off

Add whipped cream if using, then drizzle generously with more caramel sauce. Finish with a pinch of sea salt if you’re feeling fancy.

Notes

Use Cold Brew for Less Bitterness – It’s smoother and naturally sweet.

Chill Your Glass – Helps keep your drink colder, longer.

Make a Big Batch – Brew coffee in advance and store in the fridge for quick caramel coffee all week.

Frozen Coffee Cubes – Freeze leftover coffee into cubes for an iced drink that never gets diluted.
