Description

These Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are golden brown on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and packed with rich, cheesy flavor. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or snack, they’re easy to make and always a crowd favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (halved)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Parmesan Mixture

In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3: Coat the Potatoes

  1. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.

Step 4: Arrange & Bake

  1. Place potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Flip the potatoes and bake for another 5 minutes for extra crispiness.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

 

Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley (if desired), and serve warm!

Notes

  • Don’t Overcrowd – Spread potatoes in a single layer to allow even crisping.
  • Use Fresh Parmesan – Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-packaged cheese.

 

  • For Extra Crunch – Broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.
