Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (halved)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Parmesan Mixture
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Coat the Potatoes
- Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
Step 4: Arrange & Bake
- Place potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for another 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley (if desired), and serve warm!
Notes
- Don’t Overcrowd – Spread potatoes in a single layer to allow even crisping.
- Use Fresh Parmesan – Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-packaged cheese.
- For Extra Crunch – Broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.
