  • 1 cup mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • to 2 tsp curry powder (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp honey (adds a touch of sweetness)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat

  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish


Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

  2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2: Add Flavor
3. Add curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, and lemon juice.
4. Whisk or stir well until all ingredients are blended smoothly.

Step 3: Taste & Adjust
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you prefer a spicier kick.
7. For more tang, add a splash more lemon juice. For more sweetness, stir in a bit more honey.

Step 4: Chill (Optional)
