- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pastel-colored M&Ms (or regular M&Ms)
- Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for added sweetness
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Add the M&Ms
- Gently fold in 3/4 cup of the pastel-colored M&Ms (or regular M&Ms) and optional white chocolate chips.
Step 4: Spread the Dough
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining M&Ms.
Step 5: Bake the Bars
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (or slightly sticky for a chewy texture).
Step 6: Cool & Slice
- Let the cookie bars cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting them into squares. Enjoy!
