Ingredients

  • Eggs (4 large): The base of this fluffy dish.
  • Milk (¼ cup): Helps create soft, creamy eggs.
  • Butter (1 tbsp): Adds richness and prevents sticking.
  • Shredded Cheese (¼ cup): Cheddar or mozzarella works great.
  • Pineapple Tidbits (¼ cup, drained): A sweet, tropical twist.
  • Green Onions (2 tbsp, chopped): Adds a fresh, mild bite.
  • Salt & Pepper: To taste.

Instructions

1. Whisk the Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.

2. Heat the Butter
In a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter, ensuring the pan is evenly coated.

3. Cook the Eggs Slowly
Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for 30 seconds. Then, gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.

4. Add Pineapple and Cheese
When the eggs are about halfway cooked, sprinkle in the shredded cheese and pineapple tidbits. Continue stirring gently until the eggs are soft and fully cooked.

5. Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Low and Slow: Cooking eggs over low heat makes them extra fluffy.
  • Whisk Well: More air in the eggs = lighter texture.
  • Don’t Overcook: Remove from heat while slightly soft; they’ll finish cooking from residual heat.
