  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes to blend flavors, then remove from heat.

Step 2: Warm the Tortillas

  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and warm each tortilla for 30 seconds per side until soft and slightly toasted.
