Ingredients
For the Ground Beef:

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, rice vinegar, and black pepper.

Stir well and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
