- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice (or fresh lime juice)
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
For Garnish (optional):
- Whipped cream
- Lime slices or zest
- Extra graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
