Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (1 lb) – Adds rich, meaty flavor.
  • Pasta (12 oz, any shape) – Penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine work great.
  • Butter (3 tbsp) – For that irresistible garlic butter base.
  • Garlic (4 cloves, minced) – The star of the dish!
  • Beef Broth (3 cups) – Builds a deep, savory flavor.
  • Heavy Cream (1 cup) – Makes the sauce extra creamy.
  • Parmesan Cheese (½ cup, grated) – Adds a nutty, salty finish.
  • Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) – Brings warmth and depth.
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste) – Enhances all the flavors.
  • Fresh Parsley (¼ cup, chopped) – For a fresh garnish.

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.

Step 2: Add the Garlic & Butter
Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and minced garlic, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta in Broth
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and stir occasionally. Let it simmer until the pasta is cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed (about 12–15 minutes).

Step 4: Make It Creamy
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot!

Notes

  • Don’t Overcook the Pasta – It will continue to absorb sauce even after cooking.
  • Use Fresh Garlic – For the best garlicky flavor.
  • Adjust the Sauce – If it gets too thick, add a splash of broth or cream before serving.
