- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup milk (as needed, for moisture)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, egg, melted butter, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda together.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Add milk as needed to create a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Step 4: Shape & Bake
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Notes
