Ingredients
For the Zucchini Bread
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups shredded zucchini (moisture squeezed out)
- Zest of 1 orange
For the Orange Cream Cheese Glaze
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in the shredded zucchini and orange zest.
Gradually fold in the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined (don’t overmix!).
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
Drizzle the cooled zucchini bread with the orange cream cheese glaze.
Sprinkle with extra orange zest, coconut flakes, or white chocolate chips for extra flair!
